Liverpool set for £45million raid on Premier League rivals to take spending spree to £184m


Liverpool will make an offer for the defender of Bournemouth Milos Kerkez next week, Talksport understands.

Bournemouth still has to receive formal offers for Kerkez, which you appreciate for around 45 million GBP.

The 21-year-old has become one of the best left-backs of the Premier League since he switched to the vitality stadium in 2023.

Kerkez showed up in the 38 top outings of the cherries in the 2024/25 season to help the south coast outfit for a ninth place.

He achieved impressive two goals and five templates – the joint target contributions of a defender in the department.

His impressive form led Real Madrid Scouts to watch him in the 2-1 win of Bournemouth near Arsenal last month.

But Liverpool wants to steal a march for potential applicants by taking the first official step for the Hungarian International.

The red are looking for a new left -back who offers the competition for the Scottish Star Andy Robertson.

Kerkez is seen as a long -term replacement for Robertson, who has only 12 months with his contract in Merseyside.

It is expected that it is a busy summer in Angeldd, with Arne Slots team Jeremie Frimpong already snatching up Alexander-Arnold as a replacement of Trent.

The Dutch came to Liverpool from Bayer Leverkusen after the master of the Premier League activated his release clause 29.5 million GBP.

And Liverpool has also made an offer of 109 million GBP for Frimpong’s ex-leverkusen teammate Florian Wirtz, with the personal conditions between the two parties already agreed.

Liverpool is still on the market for a new left wing player – especially when Luis Diaz connects in Saudi Arabia or connects Barcelona.

Speech sport correspondent Ben Jacobs has explained how the red could restart their interest in Newcastle in Anthony Gordon in Newcastle if they could separate from the Colombian striker.

“But obviously Liverpool would prefer to sell to Al Nassr.”

With regard to expenses, Talksport is known that Brentford is in advanced talks with Liverpool about the signing of goalkeeper Caoimhin Kelleher in a GBP 18 million business.

The bees have identified the Irish to replace the decreasing Mark Flekken, who is committed to Leverkusen with a switch of 11 million GBP.
