Bernardo Silva has announced that he has already decided his next step when he goes into the last year of his contract by Manchester City.
The 30-year-old Portugal International becomes Captain Man City at the World Club Championship after Pep Guardiola announced a change of political change.

Guardiola usually lets his players and employees vote on who should be captain, but has now entered to confirm his management group.
The Spaniard has overridden regular politics to give the armband of Silva in front of the vice captains Rúben slides, Rodri and Erling Haaland.

New City Captain Silva has excluded a summer 2025, but admits that he is thinking about life after Manchester City.
“Yes, I have a year with my contract, so I could obviously leave the next season,” he said. “I know what I’m going to do, but it’s not the time to talk about it.
“I focus very much on my season. I focus very much on playing well for Man City. If the time is due, I will talk about it.
“This season I will certainly be with Man City. I’ll stay. I had options in the past and this year, like last year, my [choice] is to stay in Man City. “
Silva was able to follow the same way as Kevin de Bruyne and see how his contract falls off before departure.

De Bruyne was not offered a renewal and has now accompanied itself after 422 games, 102 goals and 177 templates for City to Napoli.
The Belgian midfielder was the opportunity to agree to a short-term expansion and play for City at the World Club Championship before departure, but decided all the parties that it was better to say goodbye at the end of the Premier League season.
“In terms of Kevin, you know how special it is for all of us,” added Silva. “As friends and teammates, we wanted him to stay longer, but that’s life. We wish him all the best in Napoli.
