This time it is Marcell Washington, a 17-year-old left-back who exchanges West London against Nord-London.
He spent time with the Gunners in court last season and did enough to make a professional deal.
And Washington hopes that he can learn from his father, the former winner of the Chelsea Champions League, Ryan Bertrand, to start his career.
He said Arsenal’s official website: “I think it was such an honor that he leads me through clips and leads me through games that I played.
“He is really passionate about making myself a better player and probably a better version of him. We may have a little argument for it, but they get it out of it.”
Washington wants to prove himself with the Gunners and does not rest on his laurels after signing his deal with the club.
He said: “My ambitions are only to play in every game that they play, and in every training session they have. I think football is all about evidence. I have the feeling that I did not necessarily make this contract that I did.
“I think I have a lot to prove and I’m looking forward to it. Hopefully the coaching staff can see that through my game.
“It is a very inviting club. From the first day when I came here, I felt really welcome. The employees are going to the players.
“I think it’s obviously a really big club. The club always tries to win trophies. I just want to be a supplement and see what I can offer the club.”

Washington has graduate from the Arsenal Academy Myles Lewis Skelly in front of him in the chopping order in left-backs and the Dutch International Jurrien-Holz.
And he wants to learn as much as possible as he takes his chances in London Colney.
He added: “They are all great players who play in and around my position, which in my opinion is a really good thing and it is really good to train with them and get the opportunities.
“Because you obviously want to learn from players with such experience and such high skills with all games.”
Washington handed the shirt No. 55 when signing his contract.
The Gunners will hope to confirm the signing of Madueke soon.
