If the magpies manages to keep Isak this summer in the middle of strong interest of Liverpool and clubs in Saudi Arabia, they would be in a much more difficult situation next summer if he did not sign an extension in St. James’ Park.
Isak is under contract in Newcastle until June 2028 and has concluded a six-year contract with the Tyneside Outfit after coming out of Real Sociedad for £ 63 million in 2022.
