Luiz was in MAN City’s books between 2017-19, although he never appeared for her.
Talk sports understand that several clubs have examined a potential step for the 27-year-old this summer.

United is also on the market for a new striker after opening talks to sign Benjamin Sesko from RB Leipzig.

Littler is the 18-year-old fresh when it comes to completing darts’ triple crown.
His victory at the World Matchplay on Sunday added his Premier League and PDC World Darts Championship title.
Littler saw James Wade in the final in the winter gardens in Blackpool with 18: 13.
The teenager is expected to return to the oche the next weekend.
