Newcastle United go green again with 2025/26 away kit

Newcastle United has presented its new away kit for the 2025/26 season – and Green is back on the menu.

After the Claret and Blue Stripes of last season, the Magpies return to a bold green color, which quickly becomes a characteristic look in their era after the Takeover.

The shirt produced by Adidas has an all-over tone pressure, which is inspired by the curved arches of the Tyne Bridge-a proud symbol of the city. White details on the collar, cuffs and branding keeps things clean, while a V-neck design and a subtle NUFC notification on the neck give sharp grinding.

The complete kit is completed with white shorts, which are marked by Adidas’ iconic three stripes in green and suitable green socks with a small elster comb.

The Club captain Bruno Guimarães said about the start: “I think this new away kit looks great -I love all of our kits for this season. I am sure that our fans will also love them because they represent who we are and what it means to wear the Newcastle United Badge.”

While Green occurred occasionally in previous Newcastle kits, his fame in recent years – including the full green strip from 2022/23 – reflects a new chapter for the club.

Many have drawn comparisons with the colors of the Saudi Arabian national team, a probable allusion to the current group of owners of the club.

Nevertheless, most fans have been thriving on the field on the field since the takeover – if the victories come again and again, they have nothing against the color the shirts have.
