Mikey Moore hopes that he will not get Rangers’ rivals on the way, just like a former Tottenham Hotspur Starlet during his loan magic at Ibrox.
The Spurs Wing player has joined the Scottish giants in a seasonal loan for the 2025/26 season to promote its development.

Moore has already made 21 senior appearances for Spurs and will now achieve more valuable minutes for the first team with Rangers.
“I look forward to getting started,” he said. As soon as I heard that Rangers were interested and wanted me to come, it was a massive opportunity for me.
“I look forward to being here, and hopefully I can show the fans and everyone what I can do.
“I think with the new boss and the way we play, it is a great place where I can be minute. It was a pretty simple decision to come here.”

But he is not the first Talent of Spurs that North London exchanged for Glasgow.
In August 2015, Nathan Oduwa was associated with the Teddy Bears with a long -term loan agreement.
And to say that he had an immediate impression on his debut would be an understatement.
Oduwa was a replacement for the second half in the 5-1 win of Rangers near Alloa Athletic in the championship.
With the victory, which was sealed thanks to four goals in the first half, Oduwa decided to present his silky skills in the final phase.
He tried a bold rainbow film about the full -back Colin Hamilton and left the defender up after the full -time pipe.

Hamilton accused the striker of disrespect and insisted that the then 19-year-old invites trouble when he tries to show other defenders in the division.
The graduate of the Hearts Academy raged: “I felt like he was trying to take the P ***.
“What was there, a minute ahead of him? Was it really a need for it? I can not say to anyone how he plays or not, it’s his decision.
“There were so many Rangers fans behind this goal and he tried to make a name with them by trying out a little trick when his page was 5-1.
“What can you do? He tries to show. I didn’t even have the chance to speak to him after the game when he just went away.
“I am sure there are other middle backs and links that, if he tries again, may not leave him out of it.

“I was not only disappointed, but also with the game. We killed ourselves in the first half, even though they were very good.”
Hamilton’s criticism caused Rangers boss Mark Warburton to defend the youth when he explained that Flair should be encouraged.
However, Warburton stated that he would talk to Oduwa privately about the matter.
On the rainbow film, he noticed: “I’m not always a big fan of it! But you have to hope that you will develop a real talent – and he is a real talent.
“There is no lack of respect from one of the players, absolutely not. He only enjoys his football.
“He is to play. It is frustrating if you are a young player in a large club and don’t come to the first team. You want competitive football.

“We will have a quiet word. He is a very respectful young man. I have no doubt that he will leave an impression – for the right reasons.
“He is a very talented player. We have followed him for a long time.
“He comes from a great academy and made a good previous season with the first team of Spurs.”
Warburton later added: “I only wonder what the media reaction would look like and the reaction of the fans if a foreign player did it.
“If Lionel Messi came in and did that, what would the reaction be?
“He [Oduwa] Is a young man and he came up, a smile on his face with a lot of talent who wants to impress and want to play well.
“He made a difference when he arrived. He has so much talent. There is no lack of respect.
It was a similar view that alloa boss Danny Lennon had shared, who rejected the view that Oduwa was disrespectful and instead praised him for attempting skills.
Lennon said: “He just wants to show the quality he has in front of his new fans, so no, not at all.
“He definitely looks a talent. He will be a hint of fresh air for Scottish football and you want this creativity in it.
“I don’t think he was disrespectful.”
In the meantime, the captain James Tavarnier said that the captain of Oduwa’s show boating out brought him a new nickname in the changing room.

The right-back unveiled: “The fans loved all of his tricks and hopefully he will be rewarded with goals and templates. I called Jay-Jay Okocha.”
While great things were expected from Oduwa at Rangers, he had his loan reduced in January after he had only scored 19 games once in all competitions.
And with Moore to step into his footsteps, the 17-year-old hopes not to tear the feathers from anyone.
What happens next to Nathan Oduwa next?
After his spell with Rangers, other loans to the colchester and Peterborough were with a limited success.
The wing player left Spurs in 2017 for the Slovenian side Olimpia Ljubljana, where he entered 22 league appearances before ending his contract through mutual approval.
He suffered a similar fate with the Danish side Vejle Boldklub before moving to Israel with Hapoel Hadera.
Then there were spells in Ireland and Azerbaijan with Dundalk, Shamakhi and Turan Tovuz.
And he is currently without a club after 10 K League 2 appearances for Chungbuk Cheongju.
