Jacquet is an option that can be brought to the Emirates this summer if further defensive options leave in the transmission window.
Or he could move to the Premier League in 2026, with Arsenal announcing her interest in advance.
They want to be the first of his signature after the teenager enjoyed a breakout season for Rennes last season.
Jacquet was loaned to Ligue 2 -outfit Clermont and he played with 17 appearances and played 1,460 minutes.
In fact, he was so good that his parents’ club decided to remind him of the loan and throw him into her first team.
The defender then played another 11 games in the French first stage and performed in Center-Back and Right-Back.
His most recent climb results from his time in an incredible academy in Rennes, where he played alongside several stars.
PSGS Champions League hero Desire Doue was a teammate together with Tottenhams Mathys Tel and Chelseas Lesley Ugochukwu.
The new Burnley wing player Loug Tchaouna and the midfielder Andy Diouf both were also part of the same U19 squad in 2021/22.
Jacquet comes from a very strong group of young players and his reputation is expected to increase in the coming years.

“Technical leader of his generation”
When it comes to how Jacquet plays, he seems to be very comfortable and composed on the ball.
The teenager, who reached the final of the U19 euro as France last year, is also air and a very fast defender.
His game was already compared to Arsenal and France star, William Saliba, and it seems that Jacquet steps into his footsteps, since both were born in the suburbs of Paris in Bondy.
Jacquet’s great potential was pointed out by his old development coach in Rennes, Pierre-Emmanuel Bordeau.
The coach previously said: “He has to gain consistency and reliability about a whole game, but he is the technical leader of his generation.”
And he has the statistics to secure how good he is on the ball …

Impressive statistics
Jacquet had the highest progressive action rate in all seven top leagues for players at the age of 21 last season.
This statistics show how often a player moves the ball to the front either via a pass or one supporting business per game.
He sat over the 50 million pound from Real Madrid and signed Dean Huijsen, who was very impressed in the Premier League last season.
The Frenchman also played more progressive games per game than the Abdukodir Khusanov by Manchester City.
It proves that he could be a great addition to Arsenal that spend a lot of time with the ball and asks from its defenders to regularly participate in building games.
So it is no surprise that the Gunners now have their eyes on him.
