According to reports, Monaco is interested in signing the Newcastle defender Kieran Trippier.
The Ligue 1 team, which was able to compete against Newcastle in the Champions League this season, developed this summer as a potential applicant for the 34-year-old.

Trippier is located in the last year of his contract in St. James’ Park after he came from Atletico Madrid in 2022.
According to Sky Sports, Monaco is considering an approach for his services.
They should be very interested in trips, although Newcastle does not want to sell the former England International.
Conversation previously reported in February that the club had rejected a Galatasaray approach last season.
Trippier will be an important part of Eddie Howe’s plans for the coming season.
He appeared three friendly appearances in the previous season, including in her last summer game against Atletico Madrid on Saturday.
The right -back starts his fourth full season with Newcastle this season.
Since his arrival he has made 123 appearances for the club, 25 of which came in the Premier League last season.
Trippier will compete with Tino Livramento at Right-Back Under Howe this season.
