Tottenham is confident of making an agreement with Crystal Palace to sign Eberechi Eze this week, Talksport understands.
The negotiations are headed by Spurs chairman Daniel Levy and speaks directly with his counterpart Steve Parish. It is expected that the talks will be accelerated over the next 48 hours.

What did Oliver Glasner say?
Glasner said he expects Eze to still be a palace player and plans that he would play in the conference league on Thursday.
After the tie with Chelsea, he addressed the future of Eze and Marc Guehi.
He said: “There are many rumors about Eberechi Eze and Marc Guehi, but they were 100 percent with this group … and they have proven it in a large way.”
In the future of EZE, Glasner added: “He will come to the Crystal Palace training area tomorrow, on Tuesday, we take on Wednesday and I expect to play against Fredrikstad again for us.”
Glasner also addressed the moment when Eze apparently said a farewell to the Eagles fans after the game.

When asked whether Eze turns around and the away fans invade to say goodbye to the club, he said to Alfie Reynolds from Talksport: “No.”
Glasner added whether he will be a palace player who goes beyond the end of the transfer window: “I don’t know, but I think it wasn’t a wave of farewell.”
