Tottenham is considering attacking the rival of London West Ham for the second time this summer.
The Hammers fans have already annoyed Spurs by torn Mohammed Kudus for £ 55 million.

Talksport understands that Kudus’ former teammate Lucas Paqueta is of interest to the Europa League last season.
According to James Maddison’s knee injury, Spurs made a new No. 10 a priority position and missed both Eberechi Eze and Morgan Gibbs-White.
West Ham boss Graham Potter would not be ready to lose Paqueta, but it is assumed that the hammers would consider more than 60 million GBP.
Paqueta does not actively urge a move from the London stadium after West Ham had contributed to the reproaches of the Spot fixation, of which he was later clarified.
Eagles eye quality after the output
Crystal Palace has added the Bournemouth Wing player David Brooks to her list of goals.
Brooks started each of the first two games of the Bournemouth of the season and was particularly impressive in the 1-0 win last weekend against wolves.
However, the Wales International has been into the last year of its contract and Bournemouth must decide whether to offer an extension or possibly redeem.
The incoming director of the Palace football, Matt Hobbs, is a great admirer of Brooks, 28, who became Bournemouth in 2018 by Sheffield United and did more than 100 league appearances.
