Newcastle has confirmed the signing of Yoane Wissa from Brentford worth £ 55 million, with the striker the No. 9 Jersey.
The Magpies followed the 28-year-old all summer and finally secured his services in the final phases of the transfer window on the Deadline Day.

Brentford had offers of 25 million GBP and 40 million GBP for Dr. Congo International Before he accepted a third offer.
The transfer was only completed a day after Wissa’s publication, in which he expressed his wish to exchange the GTECH Community Stadium for St. James’ Park.
Wissa, who scored 19 goals in the Premier League last season, has not seen this season when he pushed for an exit after four years in West London.
The striker becomes the legendary No. 9, which was known from the club -like Alan Shearer.
His move to the Toon has drawn Newcastle’s summer editions to £ 254 million, with the player becoming this window for the fifth arrival of the club.
What did Yoane Wissa say about his Newcastle transfer?
Wissa delighted his joy to finally seal a move to Newcastle and said: “I am very happy to be here and to sign for one of the biggest clubs in the Premier League.
“I am very, very excited to put on the black and white shirt.
“I have dreams, I believe and now I will do my best to achieve everything. I can’t wait to get started.”
Eddie Howe added: “Yoane is a player that we have admired for some time, and we look forward to having him on board.
“He brings with him the proven Premier League quality, which demonstrates not only through his goals, but also the crucial work he does for the team.

“Yoane’s style of play will excite our supporters and complement our playing style – it has speed, power and an excellent work rate. He immediately makes us stronger.”
Wissa was a primary player for Newcastle when Eddie Howe identified him as a replacement for Callum Wilson.
He is one of two center strikers who signed the club this summer. The Tyneside outfit spent a club record of 69 million pounds on Nick Wolemade from Stuttgart.
Woltemade is considered a replacement of Alexander Isak, with the Swedish international on the way to Liverpool in a British record of 125 million GBP on the way to Liverpool.
And while Newcastle fans are looking forward to the signing of Wissa, ex-crystal palace owner Simon Jordan did the player’s actions in his search for Brentford.
In conversation with Talksport on Monday, Jordan said: “I mean, a stinker goes out, a stinker comes in. Well done, Newcastle.
What did Simon Jordan say about Yoane Wissa?

“You have one in the same thing in Brentford that complained about,” Jordan told Talk Sport.
“So one striker goes where another comes. But the fact is that he won and who lost? Brentford has £ 55 million for a player who is not worth £ 55 million.
“While the player was sitting there and protesting the injustice of how he had a fictional gentleman agreement, the club played its cards to the point where they received £ 55 million.”
Who signed Newcastle this summer?
Newcastle started the window after being linked to a large number of players.
Dean Huijsen, Matheus Cunha, Bryan MBeumo, Liam Delap, Joao Pedro, James Trafford, Hugo Ekikte and Benjamin Sesko have chosen various clubs.
And while they have left Isak, Sean Longstaff and Martin Dubravka, they have made some clever additions.
Anthony Elanga was brought from Nottingham Forest in a deal worth £ 55 million.
In the back of Malick Thiaw, the next player was through the door after Newcastle published £ 35 million to reduce it from AC Milan.
Jacob Ramsey then arrived from Aston Villa for £ 40 million, with Wolemade and Wissa completing her summer business.
