“In the past everyone would take part and just laugh at it. I think it’s a bit more difficult now if you don’t want to do that like ‘Oh, I don’t want to.’

“… almost like, I don’t know what the word is. Do not lay down. But I tried to explain to you, I said: ‘No, it’s to build up unity.’

“It is when you take part with someone and when you get on you. And we tried to encourage you, relax and just be yourself and do it. Some of them are simple things to tell three jokes.

“But even that can be really nerve -wracking. Players like this will have you, whether it’s good or bad. Singing is always a difficult one.

“At the end of a little game we used to try dance attempts. They know that they used to come into a circle, they had to clap, and someone had to go and dance in every run of the team. And people hate this stuff.

“Some of it is a bit of fun. I would suggest.”
