Manchester United fans can literally bear some of the club’s greatest memories, thanks to a striking cooperation between designer Hattie Crowther and fan platform UtdCulturur.
The capsule with the title “Culture, not punch”takes three unforgettable moments from the history of United and breaks into handmade shirts.
The latest chosen memory is Amad Diallo’s dramatic FA Cup winner against Liverpool in 2024, his celebration of replicating the shirt 2022/23 Away.
Wayne Rooney’s famous overhead kick against Manchester City in 2011 – one of the most repeated goals in the history of the Premier League – has been immortalized at the Home -Shirt 2015/16. And finally Ole Gunnar Solskjærs Treble-Clinching strike was worked together in 1999 with his knee slide celebration in a home kit 2012/13.
Each shirt was carefully reconstructed by authentic united jerseys, with small details added to catch the spirit of the moment. One shows the tongue change phrase “A toe poke? Heights.” An allusion to Solskjær’s legacy in the collar.
Crowther, already known to transform football shirts into unique fashion pieces, and UtdCulturur, a platform that is dedicated to the heart of United Fandom, describes the shirts as a way to “wear the memories that have made us”.
That you will certainly do it.
