According to The Pitch Prospect, Liverpool want to bring Konstantinos Tsimikas back from his loan spell at Roma.
The move would allow Andy Robertson to move to Tottenham Hotspur – a move the left-back is keen to make.

Tsimikas joined Roma on loan in August after the Reds signed Milos Kerkez in the summer.
Since then, the Greek defender has made 16 appearances for the Serie A club across all competitions.
He played 18 times in the Premier League last season as Liverpool won their 20th league title.
Tsimikas could now be set for an imminent return to Merseyside as Robertson’s potential departure leaves Arne Slot running out of options at left-back.
Spurs are negotiating a deal to sign the Scotland captain this month.
Talks between the two clubs are progressing to reach an agreement before the transfer window closes.
The north London club’s interest comes following the injury to Ben Davies, who broke his ankle.
Meanwhile, Robertson’s contract at Anfield expires in the summer and a new contract has yet to be negotiated.
His playing opportunities have been limited this season by the arrival of Kerkez from Bournemouth.
The 31-year-old has made 13 Premier League appearances this season, although he has only started four of them.

A move would end Robertson’s eight-and-a-half year stay with the Reds.
Since joining the club from Hull in 2017, he has made 363 appearances and won nine trophies.
These silver medals include two championship titles as well as the Champions League and the Club World Cup.
Robertson on his future at Liverpool
Robertson spoke about his future at Liverpool earlier this month after entering the final six months of his contract.
Speaking about his contract situation, he told the BBC: “I have given absolutely everything for the club over the last eight and a half years and the club have been very good to me.”
“They rewarded me with good contracts when I played well. Nobody can deny what I gave to this club.”

“I gave it my all day after day and put in some performances that I thought were good and I hope others agree, I’ve won a lot of trophies here and had a lot of good days.”
“My relationship with the people higher up in the club has always been excellent since I joined.
“Signing me for £8m and then doing what I did helps with that, which I keep reminding people of.”
“The relationship is good and it’s not entirely a matter of ‘what do they have to show me and what do I have to show them’ as we’ve given each other more than enough respect over the last eight and a half years. We’ll see what comes.”
