Harry Kane doesn’t seem ready to end his Bayern Munich adventure yet.
The superstar forward will be a free agent in the summer of 2027 and will have no shortage of potential suitors.

However, Bayern sporting director Max Eberl confirmed that the club is already taking steps to extend Kane’s stay in Bavaria.
“We are talking to Harry,” said Eberl.
It seems the feeling is mutual, with Sky Deutschland reporting that Kane is “more than ready” to continue at Bayern.
Kane’s release clause in January
News of Kane’s desire to stay with the German giants is also likely to help the club fend off any interest in the striker in January this year, as he had an active release clause.
Kane is available for £57m this January, with the clause active until the end of the month.
But no club has made a major move to make this happen, fueling hopes that the 32-year-old will remain in charge.
How has Kane fared since moving to Bayern?
The England international has been a goalscoring machine since his move from Tottenham in August 2023.
In his first two seasons, Kane scored an incredible 85 goals in 96 appearances in all competitions.
He scored a whopping 62 of these goals in the Bundesliga as he won the league’s Golden Boot in the 2023/24 and 2024/25 seasons.
Kane hasn’t slowed down in terms of goalscoring this season, scoring 21 goals in the Bundesliga.

However, Kane’s outstanding form throughout the season let him down last Saturday as Bayern suffered a shock 2-1 home defeat to Augsburg.
Kane endures a miserable night of shocking loss
Hiroki Ito gave Bayern the lead in the 23rd minute, but towards the end of the second half Augsburg scored twice in six minutes to hand Bayern their first Bundesliga defeat of the season.
And Augsburg took great pleasure in poking fun at Kane firing a rare shot.
In a post on X, Augsburg shared an image of a text conversation that began with the message: “What time are you coming?”
In response, a picture of Kane was sent, to which one replied: “What does that mean?”
The answer was: “That means I won’t show up.”

Despite having a rare night off, Kane remains ten goals ahead in the race for the Bundesliga Golden Boot.
Bayern and Kane will look to put Augsburg’s defeat to PSV Eindhoven behind them in the Champions League on Wednesday.
