Jesse Lingard has agreed to sign with Brazilian club Corinthians, three months after terminating his contract with FC Seoul.
The former Manchester United midfielder has made a decision about his future amid continued interest from MLS and Spain.

Lingard turned down the chance to join Remo, who recently secured his place in Brazil’s top flight for the first time in 31 years.
However, according to reports, the 32-time England international appears to be heading to Corinthians.
He will sign a one-year contract with the club with the option of an extension for a further year. Medical examinations are now expected to be completed after he arrived in Brazil on Sunday morning.
By joining Corinthians, Lingard will become the first English player ever to play in the Brazilian top flight.
The move also sees him link up with former Man United teammate Memphis Depay at the Sao Paulo club.
Back in the game
The 33-year-old Lingard has been without a club since leaving South Korean club FC Seoul in December.
He spent just under two years in the K-League, scoring 19 goals and ten assists in 67 appearances.
It allowed him to revive his career after a difficult year at Nottingham Forest.
Following his departure from FC Seoul, Lingard was due to return to English football for family reasons, but a move in the January transfer window did not materialise.
Championship teams Middlesbrough, Coventry City and Ipswich Town were understood to be interested in signing him.

Doubt revealed
Lingard’s former manager at FC Seoul, Kim Ki-dong, recently expressed his doubts about Lingard’s future in English football before deciding to travel to Brazil.
At the K-League media day this week, he said: “I asked Lingard if he could go to a club before he left but he said there was no fixed destination.
“It’s pretty strange. I asked how he could leave without joining a team. In Korea, we created a team for him to join and then he left.”
“He seemed to think he could find a team at any time because the European market is big.
“That’s why he wanted to move to a bigger place and live closer to his daughter. But if that’s the case, why not stay here?”
When Lingard announced his departure from FC Seoul in December, he wrote: “This was not an easy decision. My time in South Korea was incredible – the football, atmosphere and passion surrounding this club was first class.”

“The love, support and appreciation you have shown me over the last two years has been truly amazing.
“Playing football here was an unforgettable experience that I will always treasure.
“I would like to thank FC Seoul, my teammates, the staff and everyone at the club for trusting and welcoming me from day one.
“I will always be grateful for the opportunity to play for such a big club.”
Corinthians is one of the best-known non-European clubs in world football and has been Brazilian champion 31 times.
They have also won two FIFA Club World Cups and previously had famous players such as Socrates, Rivelino, Ronaldo Nazario and Carlos Tevez in their squad.
