Bayern Munich full-back Alphonso Davies could be available in the summer transfer window, with Manchester United one of the interested clubs.
Davies has been a standout player for FC Bayern since his breakout season in 2019/20, helping the team with 34 assists and 14 goals in 239 appearances.

He has won six Bundesliga titles during his career with the German giants and became the first Canadian to win the Champions League crown in 2019/20.
However, Davies only made eight league appearances this season due to several injuries.
He suffered a torn ACL last season, causing him to miss 29 consecutive games. Since his return this year he has had to take a break four times.
The 25-year-old signed a new contract with FC Bayern last season, which runs until 2030.
But according to Bayern reporter Christian Falk, the club could consider signing Davies this summer if any clubs make a reasonable offer.
Manchester United are believed to be interested in the left-back after having their own concerns about squad strength in that particular position.
Luke Shaw has experienced a lack of long-term competition in his role at Old Trafford. This is despite a terrible injury record that has seen him miss over 330 games since joining Man United.
The former Southampton player missed most of last season with calf and muscle injuries.
Additionally, Tyrell Malacia is likely to leave Old Trafford, leaving the versatile Patrick Dorgu as the only option at full-back.
Falk told CF Bayern Insider: “It’s true, Manchester United are interested in Alphonso Davies.

“You were sitting at the table when the question was asked whether he would sign a new contract with FC Bayern Munich.
“They are still monitoring this player but of course he has now signed a new contract at the Allianz Arena so it will be difficult to get him at the moment.
“But there are also discussions in the club as to whether a new replacement player is needed given the many injuries that Davies keeps getting.
“They used to think they didn’t need a player on the left because Hiroki Ito can play there too.
“However, if there was an offer on the table (and don’t forget that Davies’ extension cost Bayern a lot of money), there would be a discussion.
“But I can say at this point that there is still no concrete offer from Manchester United.

“If there is an offer, perhaps Bayern will consider it as injuries continue.”
Davies can be a world-class player, but his constant injuries are a headache for the Bundesliga giants.
United are keeping an eye on him but are also looking at other options, with reports of interest in Arsenal’s Myles Lewis-Skelly.
