Bayern Munich boss Uli Hoeneß has rejected the prospect of Michael Olise moving to Liverpool in the summer.
The former Crystal Palace star has excelled at Bayern since joining in 2024, with 36 goals and 43 assists in 94 appearances across all competitions.

With Olise now nearing the end of his second season in Germany, he is likely to face a lot of interest in the transfer window.
One club being linked with the Frenchman is Liverpool, who are preparing for an emotional farewell to Mohamed Salah.
The Egyptian announced on Tuesday that he will leave the club at the end of the season, ending a brilliant nine-year spell at Anfield.
Liverpool is therefore ready to do everything possible to bring in his successor. SPORT BILD claimed that the Merseyside side would be willing to offer Olise around £173million.
But according to Bayern Honorary President Hoeneß, the 24-year-old is taboo.
To take me?
He said: “Liverpool have already spent €500m.” [£432m] this year and have a very bad season.
“We’re not going to help them play better next year.”
Hoeneß added: “We play this game for our fans.”
“We have 430,000 members, we have millions of fans worldwide, and it doesn’t help them much if we have 200 million euros.” [£173m] on the bench, but because of that I play worse football every Saturday.
Olise, who has also reported interest from Real Madrid, would likely command a potential record price if he were available.

However, Bayern sporting director Max Eberl supported Hoeneß by also ruling out the possibility of Olise leaving.
He remarked: “We don’t waste any thought on that,” he told the German medium.
“He is an FC Bayern player and has all the opportunities here that top players could wish for.”
Who could Liverpool choose instead of Olise?
Salah’s departure this summer marks the end of an era at Liverpool in which he scored 255 goals and 122 assists in 435 appearances.
With Olise all but confirmed to be unavailable, RB Leipzig winger Yan Diomande has emerged as a reported target for the Reds.
The Ivory Coast international has scored 11 goals and eight assists for Leipzig since joining from Leganes in the summer.

Last summer, Liverpool were linked with a £100million move for former Everton star Anthony Gordon, who now plays at Newcastle United.
However, The Pitch Prospect reported last month that the Magpies have no plans to capitalize on the England international.
