Saudi clubs would consider a move for Richarlison.

The Mail first reported that Al Hilal would make a surprise offer for Richarlison.

The 27-year-old’s future is in doubt due to Ange Postecoglou’s planned summer overhaul.

Al Hilal, Al Ahli and Al Shabab have all spoken about him internally. Clubs in the Saudi Pro League also considered a move for him in January.

It is understood Spurs are not actively interested in selling but would consider a very strong offer.

The Saudis believe a fee of over £60 million would be needed to bring the north London club to the negotiating table.

Tottenham paid Everton this amount for the striker in 2022. Since then he has scored 15 goals in 66 games for the club. His 2023/24 season was ended early due to a calf injury.

Injury has ruled Richarlison out of the Brazil squad.

Richarlison was left out of Brazil’s Copa America squad, with Postecoglou confirming he had picked up a new problem.

“He suffered a calf injury in the last training session yesterday,” said the Spurs coach.

In hilarious footage, Tottenham stars Pape Matar Sarr and Richarlison appear to be fighting each other on the Spurs bench

“He has gone for a scan so we will wait and see what the result is but it is not available for today.”

The Brazilian missed the 2-1 win against Burnley and is expected to miss the final two games of the season.
