Juventus are confident of signing Douglas Luiz from Aston Villa this summer, The Pitch Prospect has learned.
The European giants are ready to offer a player-plus-cash deal for the Brazilian, which includes Weston McKennie and Samuel Iling-Junior.

Thiago Motta is set to be unveiled as Juventus’ new head coach and one of his first moves could be to sign Luiz.
The 26-year-old joined Villa from Man City after spending two seasons on loan at Girona after being denied a work permit.
However, Villa are considering selling Luiz this summer amid concerns about compliance with profit and sustainability rules.
To avoid the risk of a fine, they may need to raise cash before the end of June.
Juventus could try to take advantage of this situation with the player-plus-cash offer.
Arsenal FC is also said to be interested in the midfielder.
Unai Emery’s side are preparing to compete in the Champions League next season and Luiz is expected to play a key role if he stays.
Having already agreed a deal to sign Ross Barkley from Luton, Villa are also interested in signing Conor Gallagher from Chelsea.

However, they will have to shell out £50 million if they want to sign the English midfielder.
With Luiz’s departure, Unai Emery could reach his preferred transfer targets.
