Richarlsion has ruled out a transfer to Saudi Arabia this summer, potentially jeopardising Tottenham’s transfer plans.
The sale of the Brazilian is central to Spurs’ plans to sign a new centre-forward before the end of the transfer window.

The north London club had hoped to sell him to Saudi Arabia for around £60 million.
However, Richarlison does not seem too keen on moving to the Saudi Pro League.
In an interview with ESPN Brazil, the 27-year-old said: “The money is big, but my dreams are bigger.”
He added: “There is an offer, but my dream of playing for the Brazilian national team and the Premier League is bigger. It’s decided.”
Journalist Joao Castelo-Branco, who conducted the interview, added that Richarlison was happy at Spurs.
Tottenham are interested in signing Ivan Toney or Dominic Solanke, but Richarlison has a contract with the club until 2027 and is under no obligation to leave.
