Pedro Neto is set to undergo a medical at Chelsea after Wolves accepted an offer worth £51.4m plus bonuses, The Pitch Prospect has learned.
Portuguese international Neto has already agreed on personal terms with the Blues.

The 24-year-old made 20 appearances in the Premier League last season, but had to take a break due to two injuries.
He scored two goals and provided nine assists, attracting interest from Arsenal and Tottenham.
Neto has a contract with Wolves that runs until the end of the 2027 season after signing a new deal in 2022.
He will be Chelsea’s eighth signing this summer under new head coach Enzo Maresca.
