Harry Kane may be enjoying another stunning season – but Bayern bosses are reportedly already eyeing his long-term successor.
The 31-year-old is also causing a stir in his second season at the Allianz Arena – with 17 goals and eight assists in 14 games this season.

Since joining from Tottenham in 2023, Kane has scored 61 goals in 59 games for Bayern and is now hoping to finally claim silverware for the first time in his career.
But while the English captain is tied to the club until 2027, Bayern are said to be looking to life after the European Golden Boot winner.
According to Sport Bild, the Bundesliga leaders have drawn up a four-man shortlist.
This also includes goalscorer Viktor Gyokeres from Sporting Lisbon, who scored a hat-trick against Manchester City in the Champions League on Tuesday evening.
The Sweden international has already scored 23 goals this season, but Bayern and other potential suitors know he won’t come cheap.
Gyokeres has a release clause of £84m, with the 26-year-old admitting in September that he had been ruled out of a move in the summer.
But Bayern will likely have to fight Arsenal for his signing, with Mikel Arteta known to be a huge admirer of the former Coventry star.
It has been suggested that Bayern also have RB Leipzig duo Benjamin Sesko and Lois Openda on their radar.
Sesko scored seven times this season while Openda scored six goals.
However, Sesko is another player Arsenal have monitored in the past. The 21-year-old turned down a move to the Emirates in the summer to continue his development at the Red Bull Arena.

However, reports suggest the Gunners could look to revive their interest in the youngster in 2025.
The fourth man on Bayern’s wish list is striker Omar Marmoush from Eintracht Frankfurt.
In what has been a brilliant season so far, the 25-year-old has scored twelve goals in 14 appearances and also provided nine assists for his teammates.
Alongside Kane, Marmoush is only one of two players in Europe’s top five leagues to have scored at least ten goals and provided five assists.
Bayern fans were delighted by the Egyptian in the thrilling 3-3 draw against Frankfurt last month, in which the former Wolfsburg player was directly involved in three goals.
However, Liverpool have been heavily linked with a bid for the player and it remains to be seen whether they will formally express their interest next year.
There is no indication that Kane is about to leave or be kicked out. It’s more about being ready, like when Robert Lewandowski moved to Barcelona and Kane moved from Tottenham Hotspur.
A more pressing matter for Bayern coach Vincent Kompany would be to address the form of his Champions League players ahead of their game against Benfica on Wednesday evening.
After two consecutive defeats against Aston Villa and Barcelona, they currently sit outside the play-off places in the knockout phase in 25th place.
