According to The Pitch Prospect, Manchester City will have to pay £50m to sign Omar Marmoush from Eintracht Frankfurt.
Marmoush has attracted the attention of top European clubs, while Frankfurt have enjoyed an excellent season in the Bundesliga.

The 25-year-old has scored 13 goals in the top German league, just one fewer than top scorer Harry Kane.
A further five assists were added in the Europa League and the DFB Cup, with the striker also providing twelve assists across all competitions.
Frankfurt are reluctant to lose their star player but could be tempted to sell if his valuation is met by an interested club such as City.
As reported in November, FC Bayern Munich have Marmoush on their shortlist of potential successors to the 31-year-old Kane.
Arsenal have also been linked with the Egypt international, but such a potential signing raises question marks.
The Gunners are in contention for the Premier League title for the third consecutive year and are likely to strengthen their squad in the January transfer window.
However, Sun journalist Will Pugh wonders whether Marmoush would be the answer for the title-chasing Gunners.
Pugh said of Hawksbee and Jacobs: “25-year-old Egyptian striker, in decent form this year.”
“He’s already done the classic and said, ‘I’m not even thinking about that, there’s always speculation.’
“‘I can’t say what I want to do for the future, I’ll just be committed to Eintracht and do my best as long as I’m a player here.’
“Liverpool, PSG [Paris Saint-Germain] and AC Milan are also keen on him, but again it’s that eternal problem for Arsenal, the number nine.

“I feel like, I don’t know what you two are thinking, I feel like if they want to get over the finish line, they’re going to have to make a real elite addition at that position.”
“With all due respect, he has some good numbers but as he plays for Eintracht Frankfurt in the Bundesliga it doesn’t really feel like Arsenal should be aiming for that level of quality.”
Marmoush would join Erling Haaland as another City striker should he sign for them ahead of suspected rivals Liverpool and Arsenal.
Pep Guardiola’s side could also be looking for reinforcements this month after struggling in the Premier League in the first five months.
City sit sixth in the table, 12 points behind leaders Liverpool despite winning their last two games.
However, the reigning champions are only two points behind the top four as they prepare for the second half of the season.
