Millie Bright became the player with the most wins in the Women’s Super League (WSL) as Chelsea beat West Ham United 5-0 at the weekend.
The strong defender celebrated her 128th WSL win on Sunday, extending the Blues’ unbeaten streak into 2025. Since signing with Chelsea in 2015, Bright has won seven league titles, four FA Cups and two FA Women’s League Cups.
The 31-year-old wrote herself into the history books in the fateful summer of 2022 after a flawless individual tournament helped England win the European Championship trophy.

After signing for the west London club at the end of 2014, 21-year-old Millie Bright arrived at Cobham with hopes and dreams of success. As for earning silver medals, it didn’t take her long to cross them off her goal list.

Following Magdalena Eriksson’s departure from the club at the end of the 2022/23 season, Chelsea announced that Bright would take over the armband from now on. It’s safe to say the transition was seamless.
When the odds were stacked against them, Chelsea still managed to get the job done. Millie Bright defeated Man United 6-0 on the final day of the 2023/24 season to lead the Blues to their fifth consecutive WSL title.
The captain continues to emerge as one of the most decorated players of the modern era and with the form they are in, the Blues could win just a sixth league title in the 2024/25 season and counting.
