Chelsea has confirmed the departure of the striker Dividens Divid Washington, who has returned to Santos for a first loan act.
The 19-year-old Washington came against Chelsea in the summer of 2023 for a fee of around 17 million GBP, after he was impressed in Santos’ youth structure in the months before and had reached his gap, but his career at Stamford Bridge could not develop further.
Washington was a regular guest for Chelsea’s U21 team, but made it only three senior appearances for a total of 25 minutes, none of which came this season.
