Chelsea confirm loan exit of forgotten £17m signing

The athlete Add there, there is a break clause in the loan contract that Chelsea can trigger this summer. Santos did not pay a loan fee, but covers the striker’s wages.

Washington was one of two young Brazilian strikers to exchange Santos for Chelsea in 2023. Wing player Angelo arrived at a reported £ 13 million, but was sold to Al Nassr for 19 million pounds after a successful loan near Strasbourg.
