Eight clubs argue this weekend in the quarter -finals of the Adobe Women’s Fa Cup.

Among them are owners Manchester United, who claimed their first great honor when they had overcome Tottenham Hotspur in the final at the Wembley Stadium last season. The 14-fold arsenal are also in the last eight, together with the reigning super league champion of women, Chelsea.

After the quarter -finals of the weekend, the semi -finals will take place in a little more than a month on April 13th. The final is then planned for Sunday, May 18 at the Wembley Stadium.

The winners of the past season take up the lowest team that remained the lowest in the competition. Sunderland overcame Portsmouth, Exeter City and Huddersfield Town to achieve this phase of the competition, while Manchester United defeated the third and fifth round of West Brom and Wolves.

Although Marc Skinner’s team is still a significant test in this year’s competition, their shape plays on a comfortable victory in the WSL this season – there are seven victories in the weekend and they are the closest challengers for the leader Chelsea.

Sunderland, on the other hand, is in the middle of the women’s championship with only seven wins from 15 league games. Even if Skinner turned his team for this game, United should have more than enough to get through it relatively easily.

Prediction: Manchester United 5-0 Sunderand

Aston Villa FC against Manchester City FC - Barclays Women Super League

Aston Villa has proven to be a difficult test for Manchester City over the years, and this season was no different. The villa found the network in each of its WSL meetings this season, but the Manchester Club narrowly won on both occasions.

The villa showed before you can upset the giants in this competition. At this stage 2022/23, Rachel Daly Villa fired a 2-1 win over the city to reach the semi-finals.

Although the villa is now working under a new manager in Natalia Arroyo, its form was quite inconsistent this season. For this reason, City should be ahead, although both teams are likely to find the network.

Predict: Manchester City 3-1 Aston Villa

Chelsea against Everton - The fifth round of the Adobe Women's Fa Cup

It is difficult to see something different from a Chelsea victory in this game. Unfortunately, for Crystal Palace, they are mostly exposed to the team that is mostly prepared in Europe.

Chelsea’s 7: 0 storming of the palace in Selhurst Park at the beginning of this season is probably still engraved in the memories of Eagles fans, a strong memory of how ruthless Chelsea can be on her day.

While you are fighting at the bottom of the WSL table, it will be a season for the palace. Chelsea should have more than enough to get through this draw intact.

Prediction: Chelsea 5-0 crystal palace

This is one of the tougher games this weekend, since Arsenal narrowly anchored her last WSL meeting with Liverpool 1-0. While the Gunners swept numerous teams aside this semester, Liverpool proved to be harder to collapse.

Nevertheless, the Merseyside Club has suffered an inconsistent season, even a change in the manager, and tried to build on the top four goal of the past year. Reaching a FA Cup semi-finals would be a significant achievement for Liverpool. The risk of relegation in the WSL and the security of your security is priority.

It may not be easy for arsenal, but you should get out of the final pipe. Unfortunately, for neutral, it is unlikely that this year’s competition will produce major disorders.

Prediction: Arsenal 2-1 Liverpool
