Man Utd set Rasmus Hojlund asking price amid Napoli interest

Manchester United will request a fee of at least € 60 million (£ 50.3 million) to part with striker Rasmus Hojlund this summer, according to a report in Italy.

Hojlund had trouble to meet the expectations from his 72 millions of pounds to United in the summer of 2023, and recently ended a run of 21 games without points when he only scored his 24th goal in 82 games for the Red Devils.

A lack of gates was a major problem for head coach Ruben Amorim, which is expected to receive a new striker with big money this summer. A list of four names was created, of which a Napolis Victor Osimhen is.

Under all speculations of a move for Osimhen, Napoli was made to exchange Hojlund. Manager Antonio Conte believes to work with the Denmark internationally.

If United is supposed to sell Hojlund this summer, La Gazzetta Dello Sport Enter that you hope to recover a large part of your investment in the 22-year-old with a price of at least EUR 60 million.

Such a fee should be too high for Napoli or a page in Serie A, but the outfit of Conte will continue to monitor the situation in the hope of reducing the price of United.

For his part, Hojlund has publicly emphasized his wish to continue working under Amorim and United, but the Red Devils have to expect them to sell players before making all major money obligations and possibly opening the door to a summer departure for Hojlund.

In addition to the striker, midfielder Kobbie Mainoo is another one who could be sold for a significant sum because United is preparing for a complete overhaul.
