Barcelona and Osasuna have lost their attraction about the newly planned date of their La Liga collision, which remains set for March 27.
The two sides should meet on March 8, but saw how the lamp was moved after the sudden death of the Barca team doctor Carles Minarro Garcia.
At the beginning of this week, La Liga postponed the game on March 27th at the end of the international break, but both Barcelona and Osasuna argued against the decision, since they thought they would not rest sufficiently after the international break. Osasuna had also planned a game against Athletic Club for March 28th.
The two sides were proposed in both April and May, but the Spanish Football Association (RFEF) has decided that international participation is not sufficient to violate the rules of the league. March 27th is an available date because the FIFA calendar only runs the international window until March 25th.
Osasuna’s game with Athletic was withdrawn to March 30th.
With the game between Barcelona and Osasuna, the Catalans will have the prospect of being Ronald Araujo and Ballon d’Ororate Raphinha without a central defender on March 27. The former is in action with Uruguay on the evening of March 25, while Raphinha’s Brazil competes against Argentina in the early morning hours of Wednesday morning (GMT).
Osasuna will probably be without Cameroon International Enzo Boyomo, who will also play on March 25th.
Questions of the players are also asked in action during the international break. For Barcelona, Pau Comatarsi, Pedri, Lamine Yamal, Dani Olmo, Ferran Torres, Frenkie de Jong and Jules Kounde on March 23, all on March 24th a game.
Spain-U21 stars Fermin Lopez, Gerard Martin and Pablo Torre can also be seen in a friendly against Germany on March 25, but since this is not a competitive part, Barcelona has the right to get the trio out of the squad.
