Barcelona welcome surprise star back from international duty for Osasuna game

Barcelona surprisingly put the central defender Ronald Araujo in the foreground for the newly planned Clash on Thursday with Osasuna.

The timing of the device, which was redesigned after the shock of Team Doctor Carles Minarro Garcia, has attracted considerable criticism because it comes almost immediately after the end of the international window of March.

In the run -up to the game, manager Hansi Flick had not been available to the South American stars Raphinha and Ronald Araujo in the early morning hours of Wednesday morning due to their participation in international games.

Raphinha missed it, but Araujo made the cut and will travel with the squad to face Osasuna.

It was crucial that Araujo did not play for Uruguay with Bolivia in 0-0 draw on Tuesday. He was sitting on the bench for the entire game and Flick made the decision to throw him back into the mix in Germany.

It remains to be seen how much role Araujo will play. Barcelona was a risk of a defense crisis after both Pau Comatarsi and Inigo Martinez had withdrawn from injuries from the Spanish squad, but both recovered in time to face Osasuna.

In the meantime, the out -of -guest wing player Ansu Fati Raphinha’s place in the squad. The 22-year-old played only 187 minutes in all competitions this season, with his last excursion on January 4 at the Copa del Rey-Sieg via Barbastro.

Barcelona will start the La Liga on Thursday, although he played a game less than Real Madrid, which is due to points, but is due to the difference.
