For Chelsea, anything but the title of the conference league is seen as a clear failure.
The west of the West London giants were in front of them in this year’s competition and rarely got out of second gear to conquer a significantly inferior resistance. The Conference League Crown seems to be intended for Stamford Bridge.
Legia Warsaw are Chelsea’s unfortunate opponents in the quarter -finals who aim to deliver the most powerful shocks. If you annoy the chances during the first leg on home, you can dare to dream of visiting the English capital.

In the capital Warsaw you won 15 EkstraKlasa titles (Poland’s Top Division), a more than respected counterpart Gornik Zabrze and Wisla Krakow. They are also the only team in the country that has appeared in top class, but has not relegated since the Second World War.
Your immense success is even clearer in the Polish cup where you have triumphed 20 times – 14 more than any other club. At the continent, you previously reached the semi-finals of the European Cup (now Champions League) and the last four of the UEFA Cup winner ‘Cup in 1990/91 in 1969/70.

Legias Manager, Goncalo Feio, is one of the young coaches of the modern game. The 35-year-old Portuguese spent five years with the club’s youth teams after moving to Poland by a student exchange between the universities of Lisbon and Warsaw.
Apart from a short spell in Greece, Feio spent the entire coaching career in Poland in Poland in 2022. He led the club at the top during his debut season during his debut season and was decisive in the following campaign.
Feio came to Legia at the end of last season and was unable to fully convinced during his first full campaign. After Legia has taken second and third place in the last two seasons, he is currently fifth in Ekstraklasa and this time probably seems to worry the European places.
Feio has committed little for a unique formation in Legia and mostly switched between 3-5-2, 4-3-3 and 4-2-3-1. The latter was recently used, but its shape was extremely inconsistent regardless of the tactical facility.
Fans with a very sharp memory may remember Legia’s midfield -General Bartosz Kapustka, who only provided three times for Leicester City in 2016/17. After unsuccessful loan magic in Germany and Belgium, he left the East Midlands permanently and worked with Legia, where he has been thriving since then.
This year was particularly striking for the 25-year-old, who can play in a series of roles within the engine compartment. He scored 12 goals in all competitions and effectively drives the captain’s bracelet.
Ruben Vinagre is another Premier League-Alaun, the left-back has 57 appearances for Wolverhampton Wanderers and six for Everton. The former Portugal Youth International impressed his attack -related approach in Poland and led eight templates in all competitions this season.
Rafal Augustyniak with midfielder Cum Defender impressed this season in the heart of the backline, and the 31-year-old also has an eye for a goal with four of his name this season. The co -population of Radovan Pankov has to avoid similarly difficult.
The Spaniard Marc Gual is the defense of Man Chelsea, to which defense with 16 goals and four templates in all competitions this season has to be careful. Seven of these efforts came in the conference league.
The quarter -finals of the Conference League will be loosening the Legia and Chelsea Hörner in a competitive coat for the first time, but the Polish giants have previously emerged against English opposition eight times.
Most recently, they were confronted in the Aston Villa last season during the group stage of the League conference and defeated the Unai Emery team on their native ground, but lost in England. They achieved the same during their Europa League battles with Leicester in 2021/22.
In two games, Legia with Blackburn Rovers was unbeaten in the group of the Champions League in 1995/96 in two games, but they were not able to conquer at home in a Cup Cup Cup of Manchester United in 1990/91 -and drew at home.
