Tottenham Hotspur confirmed the surprising appointment of Vinai Venkatesham as the new Chief Executive Officer of the Club (CEO).
Venkatesham has not been reached since the end of his 14 -year collaboration with Arsenal – Tottenham’s hated rival in North -London – last summer. At that time, the decision of the experienced manager was reported to leave the Gunner that Venkatesham replaced by Richard Garlick.
The former Arsenal director has experience in interaction with Tottenham’s almighty chairman Daniel Levy after sitting on the board of the UEFA club competition committee and the European Club Association (ECA).

I have known Vinai for many years after I have worked together in the Premier League and in the ECA. I am personally pleased that it has approved to join our board when we build for success.”
Venkatesham is expected to monitor operational matters on and off the field. This will undoubtedly have an influence on the future of Tottenham’s vacuum manager Verzecoglou.
