Ruben Amorim warns Viktor Gyokeres demand that would end Man Utd transfer interest

Ruben Amorim has warned Viktor Gyokoker that Manchester United is only interested transfer Goals motivated to play for the club itself, and not for those who expressly pursue the Champions League football.

Gyokoker is strongly associated with United, thanks to its brilliant form for sporty CP – 52 goals in 48 games – and his previous relationship with Amorim.

The current United boss supervised Gyokeres’ origin of a player who had never played a top flight league match at the age of 23, one of the most-packed Europe about ‘number Nines’.

It is generally expected that the Swede will leave the sport for a larger club this summer, with Arsenal and Barcelona being most consistent with a transfer.

There was speculation that Gyokokes would like to connect an association in the Champions League, which both Arsenal and Barcelona can better offer – in the event of the latter. United could also be in the Champions League next year if you win the Europa League this season, and the Athletic Club are facing two legs in the semi -finals this week and next week.

“I didn’t speak to him,” said Amorim when I was asked about Gyokoker for Gyokoker in Bilbao for Gyokokers on Thursday evening.

“But if a player only wants to come to you united to play the Champions League, he won’t come. We want players who want to represent United not players who want to play certain competitions.”

Although United no longer spent this season in front of the goal, Amorim also took the opportunity to support his support for existing strikers Rasmus Hojlund, Joshua Zirkzee and Chido Obi, who are promising to develop and improve them as the main goal.

“Our focus is on helping our players who have,” said the Portuguese.

“Rasmus scored a goal in the last game. I think you can see Rasmus has the talent, Josh has the talent, Chido has the talent. We have to improve the players, but to improve the players individually, we have to improve the way we play.

“We are far from being a really consistent team that can help the strikers score a lot of goals. We have a clear lack of goals and that cost us many points this season. We have to improve this [play] to help the strikers improve. “
