Poseteclou has confirmed that Tottenham Hotspur will end his season without ending injured Midfielder Lucas Bergvall.
Bergvall has recently concluded a new contract after he had committed himself as a key player on the Posetecoglou side, but sweated the fans when the news of a potentially serious injury was created on social media at the beginning of this week.
The midfielder in teen age was spotted in a boot with his ankle and with the help of crutches before the 3-1 win against Bodo/Glimt in the first leg of the semi-finals of the Europa League on foot and Poseteclou has now confirmed that Bergvall cannot be seen again this season.
“Lucas looks like the injury is important to probably keep it away for the rest of the season,” Poseteclou told the media. “He only optimized the league in his ankle, so he is out.
“Something you see all the time. It was not a duel, he was alone. He just went to shoot and his ankle gave in. It is only one of these things. Similar to Dom [Solanke] And a few others that we had during training, where only things happen. “
This was not the first time that Spurs, who has now had to fight for the Europa League without one of the most influential players in Postecoglou, has had a significant history of injury on social media. The boss beat a suspected “mole” last month and inflamed his frustrations again after he had confirmed mountain Vallen’s absence.
“It is not helpful for our club,” he said. “It is only everyone else. You can literally only say what you want.
“Lucas was destroyed. He didn’t want to deal with it, or we didn’t want to make it public not to process it as much about the opposition, but to give him the time.
“We wanted to protect him more than anything, but this kind of decency and respect no longer exist.”
