Kudus took No. 20 shirt and is played through head coach Thomas Frank during the debut season.
The winners of the Europa League published footage of his arrival in the club, with Frank welcoming him before a medicine.
A doctor then used a stethoscope to listen to his heart and Kudus expressed his joy over the transfer with a playful comment.
“You will find Spurs there,” he said, replied jokingly: “Yes, I think it … I can really hear the cockerel now!”
More about the Premier League
Spurs fans have made their excitement known on social media, with an X user said: “Absolutely great, he is fully Coys [Come On You Spurs]. “
“Listen enough, you extend his contract,” commented another.
A third added: “Man, he loves it.”
“Now climb the back of my shirt,” said a fourth.
After his signing, Kudus revealed his hopes for a Champions League run with Spurs.
“I know how big the club is, the story and I always wanted to play at the highest level in the Champions League, so it’s a big moment for me,” he said.

“I think the Champions League is one of the biggest phases in football.
“I played a few games at Ajax, so I have a little story and I know that it is football at the highest level and it requires a lot of quality and focus throughout the game.
“I just hope that I can use my individual ability to help the team as far as possible.”
Kudus joined Mathys Tel, Kevin Danso, Luka Vuskovic and Kota Takai as five signs at Spurs this summer.
Frank’s side is also interested in signing Morgan Gibs-White from Nottingham Forest while he has his release clause of 60 million pounds.
However, talk sport understands that Forest has given a legal complaint about what in her opinion is an illegal change from Spurs.

Sources near the club say that the owner of Evangelo’s Marinaki is “angry”, how Gibbs-Whites came about potential step towards Spurs.
Forest says they never permitted Spurs to have talks with the 25-year-old midfielder.
They are also suspicious because of a confidentiality in relation to its release clause of 60 million GBP.
Insiders in the city size consider the deal as not that.
However, there is still the possibility that the deal can be revived later depending on the output of the forest’s complaint.
Gibbs-White reported on Monday for training after he had started a longer break last month because she had represented England in the international service.
