The terms of Andy Robertson’s move from Liverpool to Tottenham are generally set at around £5 million including add-ons.
However, according to The Pitch Prospect, there is still no release from Liverpool or Robertson.

Liverpool will only sell, with Robertson giving the green light to move if Liverpool can find a replacement.
The Reds have struggled to get Kostas Tsimikas back as his Roma loan does not contain a recall clause.
The Pitch Prospect understands the Greek left-back is keen to return to Anfield.
Roma will only approve his departure if they find a replacement for the left-back. Roma have had a £7million bid for Wolves defender David Moller Wolfe rejected and are continuing to consider other options.
Liverpool and Robertson are believed to be relaxed about the situation, but if Roma find a left-back, Spurs’ move for the Scotland international could be reinstated.
If not, Robertson will stay at Anfield.
Robertson’s professionalism has been noted as he was informed earlier this week that the move to Spurs, originally scheduled after the next Champions League game against Qarabag, is not currently in effect.
The Scotland captain did not push for a move and despite the connections remained in the Reds squad and prepared as usual for Saturday’s Premier League clash at Bournemouth, where he came on as a second-half substitute in the 3-2 defeat.
A move could still happen if Roma find a left-back, but if not, Robertson is content to stay.
The 31-year-old spent most of his career at Liverpool, joining Liverpool nine years ago in 2017 and establishing himself as a modern Anfield star.

Although he still holds a crucial leadership role as vice-captain, he has been reduced to a supporting player this season with the arrival of Milos Kerkez.
And after Ben Davies broke his ankle, Spurs decided to sign Robertson to create another option in defense.
His contract expires in the summer and Spurs put forward existing plans to sign him as a free agent.
The defender moved from Hull City to Liverpool after they were relegated from the Premier League in 2017.
The initial transfer fee was £8 million, which, considering what he has achieved so far, has to be one of the best deals in top flight history.
However, Kerkez’s arrival has meant he has only played 496 minutes in the league this year, with regular minutes causing problems.

Thomas Frank has already seen ex-Chelsea midfielder Conor Gallagher move from Atletico Madrid this month in a deal worth around £35million.
And given Destiny Udogie’s injury problems, Robertson’s experience and leadership could be just what the Spurs need to salvage their domestic season.
After a 2-2 draw against Burnley, Spurs are currently 14th in the Premier League table and have been eliminated from both domestic cups.
Robertson’s career at Liverpool
Robertson initially signed with Jürgen Klopp and became part of the best full-back duo in the world.
At the other end he had Trent Alexander-Arnold and the Scotland international was often seen bombing up and down either wing.
As he has gotten older, that part of his game has been lost, but he still played an important role in Liverpool’s Premier League title win under Arne Slot last season.

Robertson made 33 Premier League appearances and the Reds blew everyone away.
In total, he played 363 games for the Reds in almost nine years at Anfield.
In that time he has won everything, including the Premier League twice and the Champions League twice.
“We’ll see what comes”
Even if he doesn’t move to Spurs, it still looks like he is likely to leave the club in the summer as contract negotiations fail to progress.
Speaking about his future, Robertson said earlier this month: “We have now had discussions which will remain private; we will see what happens.”
“I still have five months left and we have to look at the possibility of staying or leaving and things like that. I will sit down with my family and decide.

“After a stressful summer, I’m just trying to enjoy being a part of it,
and being a Liverpool player. I wanted to qualify for the World Cup and luckily we managed to do that. I have to see what me and my family want.”
He added: “I gave absolutely everything for the club and the club were very good to me. They rewarded me with good contracts when I played well.”
“No one can deny what I have given to this club. I gave everything day in and day out and put in some performances that I thought were good and I hope others do the same.”
“I’ve won a lot of trophies here and had a lot of good days.
“My relationship with the people higher up the club has always been excellent. I signed up for £8m [from Hull City in 2017] and then doing what I did helps with that.
“I remind people of that all the time. The relationship is good. We’ve given each other more than enough respect over the last eight and a half years and we’ll see what comes.”
