Archie Gray has been told he is ruining his career at Tottenham.
The 20-year-old has been one of the few Spurs players to make a name for themselves this season.

Their dismal season sees them face the very real threat of relegation to the Championship as they sit just one point above 18th-placed West Ham.
It would be the first time they have played in the second tier of English football since the 1977/78 season.
Gray has made 31 appearances in all competitions this season and has established himself as a fan favorite.
His versatility has been a valuable asset to Spurs in the two difficult seasons since his £30m move from Leeds.
In his first season, Gray played 53 percent of his minutes at center back and 21 percent at right back in all competitions.
This season he has mostly played his preferred midfield role, but has also filled in at left and right back.
If Tottenham are to remain in the Premier League this season, Gray is likely to play a crucial role.
Gray’s performance in the 3-0 defeat to Nottingham Forest was the only hope to hold on to.
“He always plays the right way, in a good way,” Spurs coach Igor Tudor said after the game.
“It’s a mix of physical and mental quality, always making the right decisions, being humble and having the necessary legs.”

Is Gray too good for Spurs?
Gray’s role at Tottenham was a point of discussion on The Pitch Prospect’s YouTube show Inside Spurs.
The Pitch Prospect’s Sonny Snelling said: “If I was five years old and wanted a Spurs jersey, would I want one of those on the back? No. Maybe Archie Gray.”
“I just feel like he could go back to Leeds or something or look for new challenges.
“He shouldn’t be here. He’s ruining his own career. I feel guilty that we’re a part of this.”
Gray for Tottenham captain?
The 20-year-old has previously been tipped as a future Tottenham captain.
This comes amid frustration with the club’s current captain, Cristian Romero, who many fans want to see stripped of that title.

The Pitch Prospect’s Abbi Summers said: “It’s amazing to me how you can have a centre-back for Argentina who is world-class and that at Tottenham Hotspur you have a defender who is so average.”
“So he’s absolutely average but has the ability to sit there and think he’s better than the football club. I really don’t like Romero. I really don’t.”
“I think he’s a terrible club captain. One of the worst captains we’ve ever had.”
