Argentina’s 2026 World Cup home kit leaked

The incumbent master Argentina will defend their World Cup crown next summer – and they will do this in a kit that honors their wonderful past.

The registered Argentina home shirt from 2026, which is leaked by Footy headlines and opaleak, demonstrates a courageous new version of the legendary look of the Albiceleste.

The kit nods on the Argentine World Cup history in 1978, 1986 and 2022, by interweaving these epochs into a modern redesign of the traditional stripes.

Heaven blue and white remain at its core, but this time every blue strip has a two -tone course, which becomes dark for additional depth. Navy accents appear on the shoulders and sleeve cuffs, which gives the shirt sharper contrast and a cleaner finish.

According to reports, the kit will also contain three stars above the Argentine ridge, one for each of its previous World Cup victories.

Lionel Messi, the heroes of Qatar 2022 and the nation’s largest player, presented the shirt’s model. It remains to be seen whether he will wear the jersey in an actual World Cup match.

“I think about it and wait and see, but I don’t want to set this goal,” said Messi recently about his potential participation next year. “I will take it every day and see how I feel physically above all, and I am honest with myself.”

For fans – and for football – the hope is that a last World Cup chapter will remain in Messi history.
