Arsenal have already rejected two offers for Emile Smith Rowe this summer.
Fulham and Crystal Palace have been rebuffed in their inquiries into Smith Rowe, and there has been speculation that he could leave the club he joined at the age of ten.

The 23-year-old still has two years left on his contract with the Emirates and is keen to play for the first team next season.
Arsenal have rejected both offers but remain open to deals and The Pitch Prospect believes a bid of £25 million could be enough to persuade them to sell.
Palace are interested in signing the midfielder after losing Michael Olise to Bayern Munich in the summer.
Although they earned over £50 million from the deal, it left a huge gap in their creative department that they had to fill.
Fulham, on the other hand, are desperately trying to strengthen their squad after finishing only 13th in the Premier League and have ambitions to climb up the table.
However, with Arsenal ready to name their price for Smith Rowe, there could be further interest in the former England U21 international.
The Croydon-born star made 13 Premier League appearances last season and managed just one assist.
But it wasn’t until the 2021/22 season that Smith Rowe made his breakthrough at Arsenal after scoring ten goals in the league.

After coming through Arsenal’s famous Hale End Academy, he was loaned to RB Leipzig in 2019 as a 19-year-old, but only made three appearances.
A loan move to Huddersfield was far more successful, as he scored two goals in 19 Championship games.
After that season, Smith Rowe began to make a name for himself at Arsenal, where he made 20 Premier League appearances – albeit mostly from the bench.
He made his breakthrough the following season, but injuries halted his progress and in the following 2022/23 season the youngster was limited to only 14 appearances in all competitions.
The fact that Martin Ödegaard and Kai Havertz play in his position has reduced his playing time, as has the arrival of Fabio Vieira.
It remains to be seen whether Smith Rowe will leave Arsenal, despite him desperately trying to get his career back on track.
