According to The Pitch Prospect, Arsenal are interested in signing Lille prodigy Ayyoub Bouaddi.
However, the Premier League leaders have competition to sign the teenager.

Bouaddi has established himself in Lille’s first team in 2025.
The 18-year-old has already made 18 appearances across all competitions this season.
He celebrated his promotion to Ligue 1 in October 2023 at the age of just 16.
Bouaddi, who has one assist to his name this season, has already won one U21 cap for France.

As a result, the midfielder is attracting interest from numerous top Champions League clubs.
Among them is Arsenal, and the Gunners are ready to sign the star.
Mikel Arteta’s side are interested in signing Bouaddi in January.
The Premier League transfer window reopens next month and closes on February 2nd.
However, they will face stiff competition to sign Bouaddi.
French champions Paris Saint-Germain have also identified the youngster as a transfer target.

Bouaddi also signed a new contract with Lille this week to extend his time at the club.
His contract now runs until the summer of 2029, a blow to his potential suitors.
The France youth international joined the club’s academy in 2021 at the age of 13.
Elsewhere, Arsenal have also shown interest in Levante striker Etta Eyong.
According to The Pitch Prospect, Chelsea and Manchester United are among the teams monitoring the Cameroon international.
Arteta could look to strengthen his squad during the mid-season transfer window.
