The Arsenal midfielder Albert Sambi Lokonga has announced his preference for the completion of a permanent system transfer To the loan Club Sevilla at the end of the campaign.
Sambi Lokonga changed the temporary move to Spain last summer after having suffered frustrating loan spells in Crystal Palace and Luton Town in the past two seasons.
Now the 25-year-old Belgian has admitted that he has the feeling that he had left the former club Anderlecht in 2021. He would decide to stay, but admits that there are different factors.
“I feel very good. I grow,” Sambi Lokonga told the Spanish media. “I feel better with every game. After leaving Anderlecht, Sevilla is the club in which I feel very, very good. I want to stay, but it’s not just my decision year.”
Sambi Lokonga only has less than 18 months in the five -year arsenal contract that he had signed when he joined the Gunners with this deal to conclude his last season soon.
The likelihood that Sambi Lokonga will restore in Arsenal when he returns to North London is slim. The Gunners spent great winners of Euro 2024, Mikel Merino, with Martin Odegaard and Declan Rice undisputed Starter and Martin Zubimendi.
Jorginho is approaching the end of his contract and could develop in relation to the interest of Flamengo, but every role for Sambi Lokonga would be at most as a backup.
Sevilla is a hard campaign in La Liga, which sits the 12th place and has not yet been able to improve the lowest half of the last season that came from the three consecutive top four interfaces.
