Madrid is understood to appreciate Rodrygo who has a contract that runs with € 90 million (77 million GBP) by 2028.
The Brazilian made 51 appearances in all competitions for the Spanish giants in the past term when he recorded 14 goals and ten templates.
However, the influence of the 24-year-old on Los Blancos has subsided and has been behind Vinicius Jr. and Kylian Mbappe.
With the creation of the 18-year sensation Endrick, Rodrygo is not a certainty to stay an important player at Santiago Bernabeu in the future.
But a change to the Emirates stadium is something that fits all parties.
The Gunners are on the market to attack reinforcements after three second -placed people in the Premier League.
After injuries, the side of Mikel Areta remained briefly up and without Bukayo Saka, Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus for a time.
But the signing of Rodrygo, which can play on a flank and as a center forward, would give the attacking stocks of Arsenal decisive depth and firepower.
In May, Spanish ESPN correspondent Sam Marsden told Talksport that Madrid would give more than one proposal to benefit on Rodrygo this summer.
“Rodrygo seems to be the one who is pushed to the door, I think one of Rodrygo or possibly even Vinicius jr. has to go,” said Marsden.

“Because you have it [Kylian] Mbappe, you have Vinicius jr, they all want the same space.
“I don’t know how much Xabi Alonso will say in things.
“Rodrygo has made it clear that he wants to play on the left, he plays on the right at Real Madrid, so he is the most obvious to go.
“But Vinicius Jr. could be a bigger money spinner and actually fix their problems a little more because they are this status problem between vinicis jr, mbappe, [Jude] Bellingham also in the shade.
“Maybe Xabi Alonso can get it up, but it didn’t work anymore this season.”
A man who absolutely wants to see Rodrygo in an Arsenal shirt is defender Gabriel.

“I have already told people, he is a phenomenon. If, of course, it is up to me.”
