Arsenal would consider selling Gabriel Martinelli if they received an offer that goes beyond its market value, a report was claimed.
The 23-year-old Martinelli and the wing colleague Leandro Trossard were driven as the players Arsenal this summer to collect money for other reinforcements.
Mikel Areta is currently without recognized strikers – Kai Havertz and Gabriel Jesus are both injured for the rest of the season – and in the last two games of the Premier League they have no longer achieved what has reduced against West Ham United and Nottingham Forest.
Liverpool is now overwhelming favorites to win the title in Arne Slots first season and expands Arsenal’s waiting for a Premier League crown to 21 years.
A significant amount of money has already been invested in Arsenal’s squad, but further additions seem to be necessary if Arteta has enough quality to bring the Gunners over the line. Signing a torecor for a marquee is what supporters want to see, but compliance with the financial regulations of the Premier League probably means that sales are required to finance income.
In a Q&A meeting, The athlete Have granted insights into Martinelli’s current reputation in the squad, which indicates that his status has changed during the season. The 16-member international is not one of the players who considers Arsenal to be untreated, and it is assumed that an outcome would be granted an interested party who offers what the club believes that he is in “excess its market value”.
There is no suggestion that Arsenal is actively trying to sell Martinelli to be a contract with the option of a further annual, but the numbers indicate that Arteta 2022/23 did not get the best out of a player who scored 15 goals in the Premier League.
Martinelli was the first choice in Arsenal’s first choice most of the season, but his goal and support were mediocre compared to other top level players. The Brazilian only scored seven times in all competitions in 35 games and only scored four goals for his teammates. In comparison, Cody Gakpo from Liverpool played 16 goals and five templates of 251 less minutes.
Trossard did not go much better for Arsenal and only achieved five goals in 39 appearances with seven templates – just one goal post more than Martinelli. On the other flank, Bukayo Saka scored nine goals in front of a torn armpit skin and scored 13 templates for Arsenal in just 24 games, while the 17-year-old Ethan Nwaneri already scored seven goals in his name from just 948 minutes.
