Ramsey has concluded a five -year contract in St. James’ Park by summer 2030.

This is followed by 167 appearances for his youth club, in which he scored 17 goals and delivered 19 templates.

After his exit in Villa Park, several players went to social media to react to the transfer.

Among them were captain John McGinn and former skipper Tyrone Mings.

The couple both seemed to make a pointed message with their support for Ramsey.

Mings divided Villa’s announcement of the deal to his Instagram story and wrote: “I don’t want to hear bad words or anything negative in this name. You don’t know half.”

In the meantime, McGinn made her own post and explained: “A perfect example of how an academy player should manage the transition to the first team. Always modest, respectful and ready to learn.

“It was a privilege to share the changing room with them and enjoy some special moments together on the field.

“A sad day on which a top player and one person and a person are lost, but it seems to be the way football is set up these days! The best JJ.”

Damian Vidagany, director of Villa football operations, also went on social media on Sunday evening.

An interview with Talksport From August last year, he wrote: “A year later, every word becomes stronger: We keep fighting against this situation to deliver a good team and comply with the PSR and UEFA rules.

“As difficult as it is, we won’t give up … (thank you and good luck jj).”

Vidagany spoke to talk sports a year ago: “Absolutely [PSR makes it more difficult]. Clubs need some rules to stick to, but PSR makes it very complex.

“The system forces the clubs to sell their academy players, so this is the way to make more profit and capture the rules, and I think this kills a spirit of football.

“It is something that is not natural in football, something that breaks the cycle, influences the inflation of the player’s salary, how the association wants to build squad and also forces clubs to do business that are not natural on the market.

“To get the best offers, you need time and PSR doesn’t help the clubs.

“We as a club have the ambition to get to the best that I don’t like the concept of the top -s six to get there that the clubs that have more resources is easier to stick to the PSR.

“We are lucky enough to have one of the best managers in the world who help to break this wall in front of the foreground.”

Ramsey becomes Eddie Howe’s fourth summer summer when Newcastle exceeds the pound of £ 125 million.

He follows Anthony Elanga and Malick Thiaw’s arrivals as well as the loans, the Aaron Ramsdale signed.

After the move, Ramsey said the club’s media channels: “This is a big step for me, but as soon as I knew that the gaffer was interested and I liked it very much, it didn’t take much time to decide.

“It was always a hard game for Villa against Newcastle – the team is full of energy, so sporty and the fans are so passionate.
