Tosin Adarabioyo, Aaron Anselmino, Benoit Badishile, Levi Colwill, Trevoh Chalobah and Mamadou Sarr were the selected central defenders.
Chelsea also has Wesley Fofana, but he was out of the way with a thigh injury and has not played since March.
It remains to be seen whether the blues will sign a new central defender option when the Disasi leaves Stamford Bridge.
