Barcelona’s winning machine was again during the IT break after the international break, but a difficult La league task is left for the table topper.
Hansi Flick’s team won three when they return to the campaign, and their 1-0 triumph in Atletico Madrid on Wednesday evening led to getting into the Copa del Rey final. The four times is much further after you secured victory in Supercopa at the beginning of the year.
Flick has to intelligently use his squad for upcoming games with a quarter -finals of the Champions League against Borussia Dortmund on the horizon. So far, the German has turned subtly, but he may be without a few integral pieces for visiting Real Betis this weekend.
So Barcelona was able to act on Saturday evening.
GK: Wojciech Szczesny – Another clean sheet for the veteran shot stopper on Wednesday evening. Szczesny has proven to be an excellent addition after Marc-Andre Ter Stegen suffered a long-term injury.
RB: Jules Kounde – This season there was little break for customers, but there are fewer alternatives for Flick to choose from the right -back compared to the left. The Frenchman was on the scab in Copa del Rey in the 5-1 win of Barca against Betis in the 5-1 win of Barca.
CB: Ronald Araujo – Araujo was excellent when he was requested during the week, and Flick was able to change in Center-Back on Saturday, with the skipper coming into the XI.
CB: Inigo Martinez – It looks like Pau Commessi is still being led from the back of the knocking, which he suffered in international duty. The experienced Martinez is more of Araujo together.
LB: Alejandro Balde – The left-back was in the highest form this season, and although Barca has several Balde alternatives, Flick will probably trust the Spaniard with another start before Dortmund’s visit on Wednesday.
Cm: Eric Garcia – Let’s hope that Flick will do the reasonable by offering the coveted Pedri a breather. Garcia has proven to be more than waiting in the middle of the park.
Cm: Frenkie de Jong – De Jong’s form should alleviate Pedris potential absence. The outstanding run of the Dutch continued during the week.
RW: Ferran Torres – Lamin Yamal must be preserved like Pedri after recording against Atletico. Barca has a number of goal scorers in attack and Flick could mix his backpack around. Ferran, who started at the top on Wednesday, was able to slide to the right flank.
Am: Gavi – This season, the Spaniard played mainly in front of the ball in an advanced role, and Gavi could not bring Fermin Lopez with Dani Olmo for Fermin Lopez on Saturday evening.
LW: Raphinha – It was a steamed return from the March break for Raphinha, which was back in the XI on Wednesday evening. The Brazilian has to come to the fore for the league leaders against the Rothöfe Betis.
ST: Robert Lewandowski – Kylian Mbappe may have eaten the advantage of the striker in the race around the Pichichi when Barca begins on Saturday. Lewandowski showed himself from the bank in the middle of the week and is expected to return to the fold at the weekend.
