The Chelsea owners Blueco have agreed to sign Bringon wing player Julio Enciso, Talksport understands.
The Paraguayan will join Strasbourg with 16 million euros (approx. € 13.8 million) before a potential switch to Stamford Bridge in the future.

Enciso was identified as a Chelsea player in the long term, even though he plans to connect to the Ligue-1 club.
The 21-year-old has already agreed personal conditions before he completed his transfer.
He will be the fifth player who has been signed in Brighton since Blueco Chelsea bought in 2022.
Moises Caicedo, Marc Cucurella, Joao Pedro and Robert Sanchez were previously bought by the seagulls, but they went directly to Chelsea.
Enciso entered the club from the Paraguayan Outfit Libertad in 2022 before appearing 57 first teams for Brighton.
However, under Fabian Hurzeler, he fell out of favor in the last term and is currently not in the plans of German.
His upcoming departure follows a loan in Ipswich in the second half of the previous campaign.
Despite the descent of the tractor boys, Enciso contributed two goals and three templates in 13 appearances for the club.
The playmaker also has four goals in 27 templates for Paraguay since he gave at the age of 17 at the age of 17 at the age of 17.

Enciso is currently subjected to a knee injury in May.
