Leicester City are close to signing Fulham striker Bobby De Cordova-Reid, The Pitch Prospect has learned.
The Jamaican international has turned down a new contract at Craven Cottage and will be Steve Cooper’s second signing since taking over as manager.

The 31-year-old will sign on a free transfer after agreeing to a move to the Foxes and will undergo a medical in the next 24 hours.
This marks the end of De Cordova-Reid’s five-year spell in West London, which began with a successful loan in 2019.
Cooper will be happy to exploit his versatility as both a striker and a winger.
The Leicester head coach continues to work on strengthening his squad and expects to complete the signing of highly touted Chelsea starlet Michael Golding on Friday.
The 18-year-old joined Leicester in a separate deal after Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall joined Chelsea for £30 million.
Leicester are still trying to persuade Wilfried Ndidi to extend his stay at the King Power Stadium.
The Nigerian’s contract expires this summer and Everton and overseas clubs have him in their sights, but the Foxes are hoping to reach an agreement to keep the 27-year-old at the club.
Meanwhile, Leicester is in dispute with the Premier League over a breach of profitability and sustainability rules [PSR] rumbles on.

The Midlands club was charged in March and may face a heavy points deduction.
Leicester argued that the breach occurred in the 2022/23 season and that the Premier League therefore had no power to punish the club. Sanctions should have been imposed at that time.
An independent commission rejected Leicester’s stance and prompted the club to appeal the ruling.
