Brighton have entered into talks with Leeds over a move for winger Crysencio Summerville, The Pitch Prospect has learned.
Leeds expect to lose Summerville (£30m) after missing out on promotion to the Premier League.

Summerville’s current contract expires in September 2026.
The Yorkshire team narrowly missed out on an immediate return to the top flight last month when they lost 1-0 to Southampton in the Championship play-off final at Wembley.
Because of this, Leeds fans fear that many players will opt out of the league as they face another season in the lower leagues.
The 22-year-old moved from Feyenoord to Leeds in 2020 after the team was promoted as champions under Marcelo Bielsa.
After one season in the U21 team, Dutchman Summerville has played 89 games for the club, scoring 25 goals and providing 12 assists.
Half of those appearances came in the Championship. He scored 19 goals and provided nine assists as Daniel Farke’s side pushed for promotion and was also named Championship Player of the Year.
Jack Harrison is another player who could leave the club this summer after being loaned to Everton in the Premier League, and this could be part of a potential mass exodus from Elland Road.
Archie Gray, Willy Gnonto and Georginio Rutter were also expected to leave.

However, former Leeds star Jermaine Beckford told The Pitch Prospect that Gray’s departure is unlikely.
Brighton, meanwhile, recently welcomed new manager Fabian Hurzeler.
He replaced Roberto De Zerbi, who left the club at the end of the Premier League season.
However, The Pitch Prospect has learned that the Italian will return to management immediately.
Brighton have already signed one winger – Ibrahim Osman from Nordsjälland – for £16 million; the deal was agreed back in February.
They have also released Adam Lallana and Steven Alzate, with the former returning to his former club Southampton.
